Doing Seniority
Differently
Introduction
This
is RADAR’s project about high-flyers who are doing seniority
differently. We want to understand the factors that enable people to get into and succeed in
senior positions - individual strategies and aspects of the work
environment. By sharing your experiences –
confidentially – you can help influence the behaviour of major employers and help
others to follow you up the ladder to success.
We would be grateful if you could fill in this short questionnaire
(available in three formats to suit different access needs). All
information will be treated confidentially. The result of this research
will be a report summarising our findings and exploring what
individuals and organisations can do to enable people to thrive and
progress in their chosen field.
