RADAR's Board of Trustees are elected by RADAR members. In RADAR's constitution it states that at least 51 per cent of the Trustees must be disabled people, although for many years the actual figure has been well in excess of that (currently at 80 per cent). Through the governance of the Trustees, as elected by RADAR members, disabled people control RADAR's work.
