RADAR is currently funding 14 of our member organisations through the Department of Health's Opportunities for Volunteering programme.
A particular focus for the scheme is to provide opportuntiies for either young and/or unemployed people to undertake voluntary work. Overall, the Department for Health is seeking to involve 59% of volunteers through the OFV grants programme to be from either of these areas.
The programme is open to all RADAR members. RADAR will soon be accepting Expressions of Interest for the 2008/09 financial year.
