RADAR: the Disability Network

Welcome to the RADAR Homepage. RADAR is the UK's largest disability campaigning organisation, with a membership of over 900 disability organisations and individual campaigners.

Our vision is a just and equal society whose strength is human difference. Our mission is to enable individuals, networks and policy-makers to do things differently.

Patient Data Quality Survey

Data quality is about the information collected and shared across service providers and with patients to deliver and plan effective services. The NHS wish to understand any problems you may have, and to let others know about service providers who are doing well.

A questionnaire is available to capture your views as a patient or patient representative. It contains full instructions as well as examples to help you understand the meaning of data quality in real life - Click here for more information and the link to the survey.

The questionnaire will run from 1 March and throughout the month, although interim results will be presented to the NHS on 25 March.

Stop Press!

Later this month, RADAR will be launching its final report of research among disabled people working at senior levels in organisations. It will also be launching a new network, Radiate, for this group of people, so they can share experiences and inspire others who want to follow them up the career ladder. For further details of the network, contact Agnes.Fletcher@radar.org.uk
