Doing IT Differently (DITD) aims to provide information and assistance to allow everyone the opportunity to take advantage and overcome the barriers of Information Technology (IT) and computers regardless of disability. DITD provides advice on how to choose a computer, learning how to use a computer, and how to adapt it to suit your needs. It looks at what help and options are available to make computers easier to use, such as voice recognition software or mind-mapping software. It contains real life examples of how people have overcome IT barriers with very simple solutions, to make a real difference to your life at home and work.
