Radar’s Leadership Programme provides disabled people with the skills and confidence to improve their lives and make a difference to the lives of many other disabled people across every sector of society. Each year the Leadership Programme provides training for disabled people in leadership skills such as public speaking, confidence building and networking for success. They also receive invaluable 1:1 life coaching. Many Radar Leadership graduates have gone on to achieve things they would never have thought possible before taking part.
This years Leadership Programme will take place in London on:
Monday 10th October and
Wednesday 23rd November
You will be expected to attend both of these events. You do not need to have any previous experience of leadership, we want to hear from those who are keen to develop their potential. Previous delegates have encompassed an extremely diverse spectrum of society, and many of them continue to network via the Radar Leadership Facebook group. This is an excellent opportunity, so don’t exclude yourself because you feel unsure. This will be the third year that Radar has organised the Leadership Programme (funded by the Department for Communities and Local Government) and approximately 170 people have already successfully completed the programme.
