Improving your performance: meeting the needs of customers living with health conditions or disability

Course outline: This course will help you improve the services you provide to disabled people and the public at large. The course includes:
- How to meet your legislative obligations
- Improving the customer service experience for your disabled customers – how to reduce complaints
- Improving the confidence of customer service staff when serving disabled customers
- Involving disabled people in the design of your service

Employee wellbeing: How to improve employee wellbeing through managing employee health and disability more effectively
