Radiate events are held with well-known disabled people talking about their career experiences, and experts from executive career and recruitment agencies, plus diversity and inclusion specialists sharing their knowledge. Some of the themes covered in 2011 included: managing your career, how to set up mentoring arrangements within and outside the network, securing a non-executive appointment and how to mentor those at the start of their careers.
