In June 2010 Radar supported a successful Parliamentary Reception, hosted by the All Party Parliamentary Group on Disability. Lord Freud, Emma Mamo (Mind) and Neil Shadbolt (HSBC Bank) spoke about what is needed to ensure financial independence of disabled people.
