Radar wants to see more people living with disability or health conditions in leadership roles in every part of society
Radar undertook Britain’s first national survey of disabled people in senior jobs – Doing Seniority Differently, supported by Lloyds Banking Group
For research into what disabled people want from sustainable careers see Supporting Sustainable Careers, supported by Remploy
Read the research into depression and disability, supported by the Priory Group and watch the video of the launch event
Radar supports leadership practically. Radar hosts the Radiate network, that brings senior managers living with disability or health conditions together for networking and mutual support. Some mentor people earlier in their careers
Radar’s award-winning leadership programme has supported over 500 people living with disability or health conditions – from different communities, from teenagers to people in mid-life - and graduates have become councillors, trustees and movers and shakers
Radar works with companies, Parliament and others to influence career opportunities
The Chartered Institute of Housing won our People of the Year Careers and Leadership Award in 2010 for supporting disabled people’s careers across the housing sector
